  • Trade certifications required
  • Experience leading a team
  • Framing experience
  • Own vehicle and driver’s license
  • Own hand tools
  • Proven track record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to pass drug, alcohol, and fitness test
  • Suitable PPE
  • Preferred but not required: BMA or BHP Ready, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platform. Any other qualifications or certifications will be highly regarded.
  • 3+ years minimum experience
